800,000 youths working for Atiku join APC

The South West Arise for Atiku (SWAT) has collapsed into he Committee of Youth on Mobilisation and Sensitisation (CYMS), a group working the re-election of  President Muhammadu Buhari.

The CYMS disclosed this in a statement by its Director of Media, Gabriel Otobong, on Saturday in Abuja.

According to him, SWAT, with 800,000 members, was officially received by CYMS Director-General Obinna Nwaka at the committee’s head office in Abuja.

The move came after a meeting between national executives of the two organisations in Abuja.

Nwaka commended the group for its courage, and assured them of support as they are officially integrated into the CYMS programmes.

SWAT was led by Coordinator General Henry Adegoke.

Th two groups agreed to take a new name: South West Arise for Buhari (SWAB).

This was stated in a letter addressed to Mr Festus Uchenna, the CYMS’s Chairman, Board of Trustees.
