A newborn baby shruded in a plastic bag was found dead in Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital.
According to Facebook user, Abubakar Sambawa, the baby was found dumped along a road in Badariya area of Birnn Kebbi on Sunday morning.
Sambawa who wrote in incoherent English indicated the mother was nowhere to be found.
“May Allah expose those who scatter him,” he said.
