1. Muscle Problems; when there is less calcium in the blood, you may notice muscle aches, pains and even spasms. You may also have issues moving about freely or feel pain while moving your thighs, tingling in the hands, feet and legs in some cases and many other bone related disorders. So once you start noticing these signs or symptoms, do well to see a doctor or start consuming foods that contain calcium.

2. Chronic Fatigue; this is another sign of calcium deficiency. When there is low level of calcium in the blood, you may start feeling weaker than normal and even feeling sluggish.
