Indeed “ogi” or better yet pap is a staple food for those living in the western African countries and their surroundings .The essence of pap can never be overemphasized ,being that it’s uses caught across all ages ,climes ,stages of development and particularly in several health conditions .
Pap has all the food parts and even rich in minor and essential minerals ,It could be combined with alot of other food types to make it more adequate in it’s service and administration
