Processed meats

Processed meat is carcinogenic to humans. Processed meat is cooked with chemicals that have been shown to damage cells in the colon and rectum. In fact, eating just 1.8 ounces a day is said to increase the risk of colon cancer by 18%.

Plastics use

Some plastic containers contain BPA, a synthetic hormone that can disrupt the body’s endocrine system and increase the risk of breast cancer.

Poor oral hygiene

According to research, gum disease is linked to a 24% increase in lung and colon cancer.

Researchers believe that gum disease may alter immune responses and distribute harmful bacteria throughout the body.

Alcohol

Alcohol increases your risk of developing cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus, larynx, liver, and breast. The more you drink, the higher your risk of cancer.

Not exercising

One of the biggest causes of cancer is a sedentary lifestyle. The human body needs to move. Exercise is essential to remove harmful toxins from the body.”
