Dewsbury-Hall, Ugochukwu, Chukwuemeka set for permanent Chelsea exit

Renowned football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that three Chelsea players — Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Lesley Ugochukwu, and Carney Chukwuemeka — are poised to leave Stamford Bridge on permanent transfers during the ongoing summer window.

Romano made the disclosure on Monday via his official channels, noting that Dewsbury-Hall is on the verge of completing a move to Premier League rivals Everton.

The midfielder has already agreed personal terms with the Toffees, and a full agreement has been reached between both clubs for a permanent switch.

Everton are expected to pay Chelsea a total package in the region of £29 million for the 25-year-old, who only joined the Blues from Leicester City earlier this year under manager Enzo Maresca — his former coach at the King Power Stadium.

In addition to Dewsbury-Hall, Romano confirmed that both Ugochukwu and Chukwuemeka are also on their way out of Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea now open to sanctioning permanent deals for the midfield duo.

Though suitors for both players have not been officially named, negotiations are reportedly underway with multiple clubs across Europe.

Chelsea’s transfer strategy this summer appears focused on reshaping the squad under new boss Enzo Maresca.

The club is actively pursuing reinforcements to suit the manager’s tactical style and recently secured the signing of 18-year-old defender Jorrel Hato from Ajax.
