The Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has extended warm congratulations to Dr. Mrs. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, FNIMN, on her historic election as the first female President and Chairman of Council of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).

Describing the development as a landmark moment for the Nigerian marketing industry, ADVAN lauded Dr. Bayo-Ajayi’s outstanding leadership, professional integrity, and passionate advocacy for marketing excellence in Nigeria.

In a statement signed by ADVAN President Mr. Osamede Uwubanmwen, the association emphasized that Dr. Bayo-Ajayi’s emergence represents not only a personal achievement but a symbolic breakthrough for women in leadership across Nigeria’s corporate and professional sectors.
