The Chief Of Army Staff (COAS) Nigerian Army, Lt General Tukur Buratai this morning Flag off Exercise Crocodile Smile 2 in Lagos.
Also, the army is expected to inaugurate the renovated Tarkwa Bay Medical Center and would be followed with a robust free Medical Services for the local community.
