Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Monday felicitated with Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso @ 68, celebrating former Governor of Kano State on his 68th birthday.
Atiku in a goodwill message to Kwankwaso @ 68, wrote @atiku,
