You probably didn’t know that drinking water before taking a bath lowers your risk of stroke. 

 

The body benefits from drinking at least 9 glasses of water per day. Water is critical to your health, wellness, and happiness. I’m sure that’s not breaking news.

But did you know that drinking water at particular times of the day can help you in ways you’ve probably never considered or imagined?

Well, we’re here to tell you that drinking water at these five key moments during the day will help you get the most out of it!

1. Before going to bed 

You can reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack by being completely hydrated before going to bed and sleeping.

Dehydration raises the risk of cardiovascular illness, including heart attack and stroke.

A heart attack is more likely to happen in the morning because the blood is thicker due to water loss.

This is a good reason to drink water before going to bed to keep your body hydrated.

2. When you first awaken

If you sleep for eight hours, you don’t consume any fluids for eight hours, and your body gradually dehydrates. Drinking water before eating anything helps your colon clean itself and allows your body to absorb more nutrients.

Four cups puts your body in motion for the production of new blood, known as hematopoiesis.

3. Prior to a meal

Water consumed before a meal aids digestion more than water consumed during a meal.

If you’re on a diet and want to lose weight, drinking water before you eat may help you eat less because you’ll already be satisfied.

4. Following a meal 

It is suggested that you consume one glass of water after each meal, but not during eating. The body will be able to absorb the nutrients more effectively as a result of this. Constipation can also be avoided by drinking after a meal.

5. Take a deep breath before entering the shower. 

Before having a bath, drink one glass of warm water to assist reduce blood pressure.

This is also thought to aid in the dilatation of blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure. Drinking water also helps to lower blood pressure by lowering salt levels in the body.
