England captain Harry Kane was due to return to Tottenham Hotspurs’ training complex on Monday morning following his holiday after his national Euro 2020 campaign.

The 28-year-old forward was slated to undergo a Covid-19 test and blood tests with a view to taking part in fitness sessions on Tuesday.

But the emerging report reaching National Daily reveals that the striker was not seen at Spurs’ training complex in Enfield.

Following the latest turn of event, it thus becomes glaring that the 2020/2021 EPL Golden boot winner has sealed his fate and has finally decided to quit the north London club to enable achieve his dreams of playing and winning big.

The England attacker recently lamented on his inability to play Champions League games if he remains at White Hart Lane.

Speaking recently in an interview with Sky Sports’ Gary Neville, Kane rued his inability to play Champions League football if he remains at White Hart Lane.

‘I want to be playing in the biggest games. The biggest moments,’

‘Like, this season I’m there watching the Champions League, watching the English teams in there doing amazing. They are the games that I want to be involved in.

‘I want to be in them games. So for sure, it’s a moment in my career where I have to kind of reflect and see where I’m at and have a good, honest conversation with the chairman. I hope that we can have that conversation.’

It has been reported that Kane’s preferred destination is the Etihad and interestingly, the Premier League champions are willing to spend £100 million on the England captain.

However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is holding out for a significantly higher fee for Kane, who still has three years remaining on his current contract.

Meanwhile, emanating report from England today according to Sky Sports’ reporter, Paul Gilmour, who was outside Tottenham’s training ground on Monday suggests Kane’s marriage with the Lily Whites might be finally over as the player could be contemplating forcing his way out of White Hart Lane:

‘We’ve seen a lot of the first-team players go in this morning, and Harry Kane was not amongst them. We’ve had it confirmed that Kane has not shown up.

‘Tottenham were expecting him back, but it has not happened.

‘This is the first action, certainly. Kane told Spurs and Daniel Levy in May of his ambitions to leave. Spurs have been adamant he is going nowhere,

‘We wait to see the reasons behind him not turning up, but it very much looks like this is transfer-related. It’s another part of this problem that won’t go away.

‘Kane wants to leave. Tottenham don’t want to sell him. Man City want to buy him.’
