CIO Awards Africa returns, expands footprint beyond Nigeria

Now in its fourth edition, the CIO Awards Africa, scheduled for MUSON Center on Saturday, 25th of November, 2023, has expanded its footprint beyond Nigeria, now encompassing a broader spectrum of IT leaders and visionaries across Africa.

Convener CIO Club Africa and CIO Awards Africa, Abiola Laseinde, said the awards program which recognizes and celebrates excellence in the field of technology and innovation has expanded its reach beyond Nigeria to Ghana, Egypt, South Africa, Senegal, and Kenya, embracing the entire African continent.

Laseinde, who is also the CEO of Edniesal Consulting, said the awards honors outstanding individuals and organizations that have made remarkable contributions to the business world through the innovative use of technology.

“This year’s expansion into Ghana, Egypt, Senegal, Kenya, and South Africa marks a significant milestone in recognizing and celebrating the incredible tech talent that spans the African continent.
