A clergyman, Reverend Tajan Moltok, on Sunday condemned the practice of lesbianism and homosexuality, saying such practices defile the spiritual purpose of God.
The cleric decried that lesbianism and homosexuality had become rampant in the society, noting that people were initiated into the acts for occultism and for wealth.
He cautioned: “Never be found in it; it is not of God. It is used to defile children for spiritual purposes to take their glory.”
The clergyman also emphasized that transgender is a deviation from God’s design on the sexes He created for people.
He chided trans-genders who lure youths to change their sexuality for material gains, noting that “everything is not about money.’’
According to him, “If God lifts you, you will enjoy tranquility.”
