The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Maitama, Abuja, has scheduled December 10 for its ruling on the bail application filed by the former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello.
Bello, alongside two co-defendants, Shuaibu Oricha and Abdulsalami Hudu, is facing prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of criminal breach of trust and conspiracy related to a total of N110.4 billion.
The court, presided over by Justice Maryann Anenih, set the date after both prosecution and defense counsel presented arguments regarding the bail application.
