A special adviser to Kaduna Gov.Nasir el-Rufai, was on Monday involved in an accident on the Kaduna-Abuja Highway.
Hafiz Bayero, in photographs published by Sahara Reporters, was seen brought out limp and motionless.
The car registered 12E 04KD was damaged, with pieces scattered about the scene.
