Nigeria activist, Reno Omokri, has taken to social media to air his opinion, following how Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige, publicly tackled former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi, as he asked the minister how many 2023 presidential candidates from the Southwest region of the country are openly advertising each other.
Recall that Chris Ngige, who is also a presidential candidate of the forthcoming 2023 general elections, had earlier on, revealed that the roads that were constructed by Peter Obi while he was a governor of the state, are very bad, adding that the former governor used inferior materials in constructing the roads in the state.
The minister further highlighted that the roads he constructed in the state while he was a governor, are still good because he inspected the projects by himself.
However, following Chris Ngige’s statement about the nature of the roads constructed by Peter Obi in Anambra state, former aide to Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, took to his official Twitter account to react, as he stated that it is so sad that Chris Ngige is publicly attacking Peter Obi.
Reno Omokri further asked Chris Ngige how many presidential candidates in the Southwest region of Nigeria are publicly advertising each other, adding that Peter Obi is probably the best governor the country has ever produced.
Reno Omokri finally advised Chris Ngige to stop de-marketing Peter Obi because of the APC 2023 presidential ticket that he may never get.
