For their lawyers’ flip-flop, the 12 aides of Sunday Adeyemo Igboho will remain in DSS custody for longer despite their arraignment in court August 2.
The Federal High Court Abuja has adjourned the suit brought they brought because some of the names of suspects defence counsel Pelumi Olajemgbesi brought are not among those the DSS detains.
The service arraigned eight of the 12 its operatives arrested July 1 at Igboho’s Soka home in Ibadan where the Yoruba jingoist allegedly stockpiled weapons the agency displayed on parading the 12 in Auja later.
Two of Igboho’s aides were killed, while he was declared wanted.
Olajemgbesi applied to rectify the mix-up.
Justice Egwuatu has granted the lawyer leave for the amendment.
The hearing has been adjourned to August 4.
