Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, will hold talks with Belarusian Foreign Minister, Maxim Ryzhenkov, who is scheduled to visit Moscow from June 9 to 10.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced this on Wednesday.
“At the invitation of the Russian Foreign Minister, the Foreign Minister of Belarus will pay an official visit to Moscow on June 9–10,” Zakharova told reporters.
She said the ministers will discuss a wide range of topical issues, including bilateral cooperation and matters on the international agenda.
Zakharova added that the situation around Ukraine, including developments related to the Istanbul talks, would also be addressed during the meeting.(RIA/NAN)
