The highly celebrated Christian believer Leah Sharibu has remained in the captivity of the Boko Haram terrorists in northeast Nigeria even as the Nigerian military annoyance the rescue of more Chibok school girls in Borno State.
Theatre Commander, Operation Hadin Kai, Major General Christopher Musa, in Maiduguri, disclosed that Troops of Theater command operation Hadin Kai rescued two Chibok school girls from Boko Haram camp in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Major General Christopher Musa identified the rescued girl as Hauwa Dauda and Mary Joseph, who he said escaped from Boko Haram enclave.
The two girls are now mothers, both having a son.
Over 270 girls were kidnapped by Boko Haram at Government Science Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, on April 14, 2014.
Over 100 of the girls were rescued by the government some years ago. Leah Sharibu was said to have been denied freedom because she refused to renounce her Christian belief.
