NDLEA destroys 560kg of cocaine, cannabis
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday destroyed 560,068.31414 kilograms of assorted illicit drugs seized by operatives at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Command, the Lagos State Command, and the Seme Special Area Command.
According to the NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, this is the largest collection of illicit drugs to be destroyed in the 32-year history of the anti-narcotics agency.
