Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, has publicly expressed his gratitude to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori following the commissioning of state-of-the-art lecture halls and offices at the Nigeria Maritime University in Okerenkoko, National Daily Newspaper reports.
