Popular Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, is being dragged and chided by a lot of social media users after opining that the massacre that happened in Owo, Ondo State is a drug war.
The journalist who is known for her controversial takes took to her Twitter to drop her opinion on the massacre.
She also gave her reasons to believe that what happened was a drug war.
According to her, what happened in Owo, Ondo State is similar to what happened in Ozubulu, Anambra State on the 6th of August 2017. The similarities are that they are both Catholic churches, the congregation was killed, and the priests were said to be safe.
She also alleged that the Catholic Church, Ondo State is the HQ of marijuana cultivation.
She added that what truly happened at Ozubulu, Anambra State was that Mexican cartels and drug dealers opened fire in a Catholic church, killing about 36 as they were looking for a drug kingpin.
She said that the kingpin’s father was among those who were killed on that day, but he wasn’t around because he was informed about a possible hit.
A lot of people found Kemi Olunloyo’s opinion insensitive and void as they dragged her.
