Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen may earn €50m (N43bn) if he joins French giants Paris Saint-Germain during this transfer window.
Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis expects a million-dollar offer for the player and credits PSG as the only affordable club for the Nigerian international.
Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich have withdrawn from negotiations due to De Laurentiis’ high asking price. PSG previously offered €120m, but it was rejected by the Serie A champions.
Reports indicate that Napoli values Osimhen at €150m, which no club is currently willing to meet.

De Laurentiis stated that only Paris Saint-Germain could afford Osimhen, expressing openness to a bid around €200m. Sky Sports reported that PSG has reached a €300m deal with Al-Hilal for Kylian Mbappe, although the player has not agreed to play in Saudi Arabia yet.
Osimhen could be an ideal replacement if Mbappe leaves.
Napoli’s potential acquisition of Osimhen could offer him a €50m salary to become the team’s star, yet he is not enthusiastic about a move to Ligue 1.
Osimhen’s outstanding performance of 26 goals and five assists in 32 league appearances last season was vital for Napoli winning the Serie A title after three decades.
He also became the first African to win the prestigious Capocannoniere award, bestowed upon Serie A’s top scorer.
