Qantas becomes world best in safety

THIS year, AirlineRatings.com has released another list of 20 best airlines in the world and Qantas has reached its crown again as the best airline prioritizing safety issue to its customers.
“The airlines which prioritize innovation in safety, operational efficiency, and units improvement with the latest technology are listed in the 20 best airlines,” said Airline Ratings.com editor, Geoffrey Thomas, January 2016.
Qantas is leading the safety issue among other 407 airlines. Other 19 airlines included in the list are: American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Air New Zealand, Cathay Pacific Airways, Emirates, Etihad Airways, EVA Air, Finnair, Hawaiian Airlines, Japan Airlines, KLM, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airline System, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, United Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and Virgin Australia.
Several accidents were recorded during 2015 period, such as German wings plane accident which crashed on Mt. Alpen and killed 150 people – which then known that the pilot has intentionally hit the plane – and also the bomb terror in Russian Metro Jet which killed 224 people.
Despite the terrible accidents, Airline Ratings said that 2015 is the safest year for flying compared to previous year.
