Medvedev cautioned that “no outcome can be ruled out as NATO is fighting on Ukraine side.”
He admonished that NATO states fuelling military hysteria must know there will be response.
President Vladimir Putin had, in response to the missile attack on Russian territory by Ukraine using ballistic missiles made by the West, disclosed that Russia has begun mass production of Oreshnik missiles. He stated that Oreshnik can strike targets across Europe.
