Liverpool star Mohamed Salah netted a stunning brace as the Reds triumphed 6-3 over Tottenham Hotspur in an English Premier League (EPL) clash on Sunday night.
Salah’s two goals saw him move ahead of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland in the race for the EPL Golden Boot.
The Egyptian international now has 15 goals for the season after 17 matches, putting him two ahead of Haaland, who remains on 13 goals after failing to score in Manchester City’s 1-0 loss to Aston Villa on Saturday.
Chelsea’s Cole Palmer is in third place with 10 goals, despite not scoring in his side’s 1-1 draw with Everton. Also tied on 10 goals are Alexander Isak (Newcastle United), Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), and Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest).
