Senator Shehu Sani, a renown activist in Nigeria, on Friday identified seven categories of conflicts in northern Nigeria and the states where the conflicts persist.
The seven categories, which constitute major sources of conflicts and killings in the North, according to Sani, include: Banditry, preponderantly perpetuated in Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto, Kebbi and Niger states; terrorism, majorly in Yobe and Borno states, etc.
