Postinor-2 is used as an emergency contraception as should be taken within 72 hours and is formulated in a similar manner as female hormone progesterone. Postinor does not inhibit implantation and has no abortive function and does not cause miscarriage. The side effects listed below are not experienced by everyone who takes this medication. -breast tenderness
-diarrhea
-dizziness
-fatigue

-irregular, altered, or heavier menstrual bleeding
-migraine
-nausea
-vomiting
Although most of the side effects listed below don’t happen very often, they could lead to serious problems if you do not seek medical attention.
