Victoria Jones, daughter of acclaimed Hollywood actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel on New Year’s Day.
According to reports, San Francisco Fire Department units responded to a medical emergency at the hotel around 2:52 a.m. Paramedics assessed Victoria and pronounced her dead at the scene.
The case was then turned over to the San Francisco Police Department and the Medical Examiner’s Office. Police confirmed officers arrived at 3:14 a.m., where they met paramedics who had declared the adult female deceased. The cause of death remains unknown, and authorities have not released further details.
Tommy Lee Jones is an award-winning actor and filmmaker known for roles in The Fugitive, Men in Black, No Country for Old Men, and Lincoln. He has won multiple awards, including an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
Victoria, born to Jones and his first wife, Kimberlea Cloughley, briefly followed in her father’s footsteps. She made her acting debut in Men in Black II (2002) and later appeared in One Tree Hill (2003) and The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005), a film directed by her father. She was 34 years old.
