Senator-elect Rochas Okorocha is one of the two senators missing at the inauguration of the ninth Assembly in Abuja on Tuesday.
Although a federal high court upturned INEC decision to withhold Okorocha’s certificate of return, he has yet to be issued the certificate by INEC.
So of the 109 senators expected to take the inauguration and participate in the voting f their principal officers, 107 were present.
