APC Senate chief whips loses seat at tribunal
The National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abia State has Senate Chief Whip Orji Uzor Kalu .
The tribunal also ordered for a rerun election for the Abia North Senatorial District.
Kalu, an ex-governor, represented APC Abia North in the Upper House after being declared winner of the Feb 23 election.
PDP’s Mao Ohuabunwa challenged his victory at the tribunal.
