Gov Bala Mohammed speaking to PDP supporters and members for the LG election in Bauchi
The governor berated President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) over failed policies of the federal government.
The governor urged President Tinubu to change his policy, affirming that it is not working, attributing same to the development problem plaguing the country.

Gov Mohammed @SenBalaMohammed at the inauguration of the PDP LG campaign in Bauchi, declared: “there is hunger and anger. We have to really address problems of development; unemployment is everywhere, our education system is not working.
“The policy of the federal government is not working. it is their programme that have caused all these problems.
“I’m telling President Bola Tinubu to change his policy because it is not working.
“If he continues like in 2027, I will invite him to be our campaign director because everywhere will be PDP and we are going to win because it is a self inflicted injury.”
Governor Mohammed in a statement of Thursday @SenBalaMohammed highlighted: “I recognize the pervasive hunger, anger, and severe poverty impacting Nigeria.
“I call on the federal government to stop justifying itself and instead provide lasting solutions for our citizens.

“Yesterday, during the flagging-off ceremony of the LGA election campaign organized by the Bauchi State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu Square, Bauchi Government House, I voiced my concerns about the recent attacks by hoodlums during the #EndBadGovernance protests.

“I advocated for dialogue, emphasizing that my administration has executed numerous projects in the state, hence, the need to support this good work by voting for candidates under the PDP umbrella in the upcoming August 17 election.
“I assured that my administration would continue to support the effective operation of all tiers of government, enabling people at the grassroots to benefit from the dividends of democracy.”
