President Julius Maada Bio disclosed that he had a productive engagement with Captain Ibrahim Troaré, and expressed delight for having first-hand information on the situation in the Sahel.
According to President Julius Maada Bio @PresidentBio “I had a productive engagement with Captain Ibrahim Troaré, @CapitaineIb226, Head of State of the Republic of Burkina Faso. I am delighted to have had first-hand information on the situation in the Sahel.
“As Sierra Leone presides over the United Nations Security Council for the month of August and also serves on the African Union’s Peace and Security Council, it is important for all parties to fully understand the issues both in Burkina Faso and in the Sahel as a whole.
