The mayhem in Rivers State over the attempt to impeach Governor Sim Fubara and the consequential resistance culminated into the Governor making five hard decisions that are devastating to the politics of Rivers State.
The decisions are capable of dislocating former Governor Nyesom Wike, currently, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, and dismantling the former governor’s political structure in Rivers State.

Accordingly, in less than 12 hours, Governor Fubara –
Sacked his Chief of Staff.
Sacked all 23 local government chairmen in Rivers State.
Dissolved the State Executive Council.
Changed the Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly.
Suspended the Chief Judge of Rivers State.
