Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he is representing 120 individuals, equally split between men and women, in sexual assault lawsuits against music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The accusations, which span over three decades, include shocking claims of violent sexual abuse, rape, and exploitation of minors, with some victims as young as 9 years old.
Diddy, who was arrested in Manhattan on September 16 on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, pleaded not guilty to a 14-page federal indictment. U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ordered him to remain in custody while awaiting trial.
The allegations involve a variety of heinous acts, including sexual abuse at high-profile events like album parties and auditions, with substances such as Xylazine found in victims’ systems.
Buzbee, during a press conference, detailed that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged crimes, and victims hail from 25 states, primarily California, New York, Georgia, and Florida.

Buzbee also emphasized that all lawsuits would be filed individually based on where the alleged crimes occurred.
The accusations against the 54-year-old rapper have mounted since November 2023, when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura publicly accused him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking.
Other lawsuits, including from former producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, also highlight a pattern of alleged sexual harassment and abuse. Additionally, a Michigan inmate was awarded $100 million in a default judgment against the rapper.
Buzbee urged other victims to come forward, assuring that their identities would be protected. The scope of these cases underscores a dark chapter for the once-celebrated music icon, now facing serious legal consequences.
