Nigerian stars Kelechi Iheanacho and Chidera Ejuke were both instrumental as Sevilla triumphed 2-1 against Real Valladolid in a La Liga clash on Tuesday.
Iheanacho started the game and played for 62 minutes, while Ejuke made an immediate impact after coming on in the 61st minute, scoring his debut goal for Sevilla.
The decisive moment came in the 85th minute when Ejuke, who replaced Sevilla legend Jesus Navas, found the back of the net, sealing a crucial victory for his team.

Earlier, Gerard Peque had given Sevilla the lead just before halftime, but Valladolid’s Kike Perez equalized in the 56th minute, keeping the game on edge.
This win is a much-needed boost for Sevilla, who are bouncing back after a 2-1 loss to Alaves. The victory lifts them to 12th place in La Liga, with eight points from seven matches so far.
