The Special Counsel to the IPOB leader, Aloy Ejimakor, disclosed this via his Twitter handle on Thursday. “UPDATE: Extraordinary Rendition: Onyendu’s legal team has filed a suit in Kenya against the Kenyan government,” Ejimakor tweeted. Kenya reportedly handed Kanu over to Nigeria in July, four years after he jumped bail during hisbtreason trial in Abuja.
