Nigeria ranks among the range of six in the World Bank latest 2022 report on top 15 most indebted African countries to China.

The report indicated the debt stocks of the African countries under review and their respective total debts to China in 2022.
According to the World Bank, Angola tops with $20.98 billion, Ethiopia has $6.82 billion, Kenya $6.69 billion, Zambia $6.08 billion, Egypt has $5.21 billion, Nigeria $4.29 billion, Mozambique has $1.7 billion debt to China to place 15.
The debt stocks of the African countries to China, according to the World Bank include:

1 Angola: $20.98bn

2 Ethiopia: $6.82bn

3 Kenya: $6.69bn

4 Zambia: $6.08bn

5 Egypt, Arab Rep.: $5.21bn

6 Nigeria: $4.29bn

7 Cote dโ€™Ivoire: $3.85bn

8 Cameroon: $3.78bn

9 South Africa: $3.43bn

10 Congo, Rep.: $3.42bn

11 Uganda: $2.71bn

12 Congo, Dem. Rep.: $2.55bn

13 Zimbabwe: $2.1bn

14 Ghana: $2.06bn

15 Mozambique: $1.7bn
