The Monarch of England, Queen Elizabeth II, will on Sunday celebrate her70 years of being on the throne. The Queen’s anniversary will set history of being the first British monarch to reign for seven decades.
Queen Elizabeth II will be marking her 70th year on the throne at the age of 95 year. She ascended to the throne at the age of 25 years.
The Queen has since not been making active public appearance. It was fathered that there will be no public activities on Sunday, as in the previous years.
However, festivities were said to be scheduled for four days in early June, which will include a military parade and a music concert, street parties, a mass attendance picnic, and a “Platinum Pudding Competition”.
Also, commemorative coins were said to have been minted to mark the historic 70 years of the Queen on the throne.
