22-Year-old man weds 72-year-old woman in unusual love story

A 22-year-old man from the Dominican Republic has married a 72-year-old American widow in a union that has sparked widespread discussion on social media because of the couple’s nearly five-decade age difference.

The young man said his relationship with the woman began with what he described as love at first sight, insisting that their decision to marry was driven by genuine affection, companionship and mutual understanding.
