 (1) Dr. Uche Ogah

Uchechukwu S. Ogah, 50 is a Nigerian Politician who is currently serving as a Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Institute of Management and Technology alumni obtained Ordinary and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, before he proceeded to obtain his postgraduate Diploma from the Prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He took the chance to contest during the 2014 Governorship Election but lost his PDP Governorship ticket to the Incumbent Governor of the State. However, he decamped to the ruling party in Nigeria, All Progressive Congress, APC to contest during the 2019 Governorship Election but was defeated.

The Rivers State University alumni obtained his HND and B.Tech in Applied Biology and Microbiology respectively before proceeding to obtain his PGD and M.Sc in Public Administration and Human Resources Management respectively from the Prestigious Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

(3) Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu 

Ude Chukwu, 59 is a Nigerian Politician that is currently serving as the Deputy Governor of the State.

He has been a loyal servant to the Incumbent Governor of the State since 2015 when he was elected into office.

He previously served as the Speaker of the 5th Abia State House of Assembly.

Alex Otti, 56 is a Nigerian Economist turned Politician who previously served as the Group Managing Director of Diamond Bank Plc.
