There are indications that the Former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi might be a Successor of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

It should be recalled that Amaechi played vital roles to ensure that President Muhammadu Buhari became the President in 2015 Presidential race.

Amaechi was the APC Leader Who brought the Party to the nooks and crannies of the Southsouth in 2015. It should be recalled that Amaechi worked against the second Presidential Ambition of Goodluck Jonathan and he supported President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 Presidential race.

However, Amaechi might be the Perceived Presidential Candidate that President Muhammadu Buhari, said he won’t reveal his identity to the Public, when he was interviewed.

It should be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari, was interviewed by the Journalists to talk about who take the mantle of Leadership from him in 2023.

President Muhammadu made it known to the Public, that he won’t disclose the identity of who will take the mantle of Leadership from him for security reasons.

However, Amaechi might be the Perceived Presidential Candidate, that President Muhammadu Buhari, might be talking about, and some of the reasons why Amaechi might be the Perceived Presidential Candidate, shall be discussed.

Recently, Amaechi was turbaned by the Emir of Daura, which is the home town of President Muhammadu Buhari. Though the President could not attend, but congratulated him for the chieftaincy title conferred on him as ‘”Dan Amana” of Daura, which simply means “The Trustworthy”

President Buhari also commended Amaechi for bringing the ‘Change’ his Administration Promised Nigerians into reality. He said the tremendous achievements of Amaechi, as the Minister of Transportation, can’t be overemphasized.

Meanwhile, The wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha Buhari had also visited Amaechi to congratulate him, on the chieftaincy title conferred on him and she was well received by him and his wife.

This shows that Amaechi has good rapports with President Muhammadu Buhari, and he might be the Perceived Presidential Candidate, the President refused to reveal his identity to the Public.
