ReachOut ReachOut Nigeria targets 100m Rhapsody of Realities copies across 774 LGAs
ReachOut Nigeria has unveiled plans to distribute 100 million copies of Rhapsody of Realities across all 774 Local Government Areas of Nigeria as part of activities marking the 20th anniversary of the initiative.
The nationwide campaign, themed “Celebrating 20 Years of Impact, Taking Rhapsody to Every Man’s World,” is scheduled for October and will coincide with Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
Organisers said the ambitious campaign is designed to reach Nigerians in cities, towns, villages and hard-to-reach communities, cutting across adults, youths, teenagers, children and people living with accessibility challenges.
ReachOut Nigeria, which began its mass distribution campaign in 2007, said the initiative has evolved beyond the distribution of Christian literature to include humanitarian interventions and community-development project
Beyond devotional distribution
Over the past two decades, the organisation said it has supported communities through projects involving potable water, schools and libraries, healthcare, renovation of public facilities and other interventions intended to address local needs.
As part of the 2026 edition, ReachOut Nigeria plans to provide 200 boreholes in 200 communities, alongside other community-focused projects.
The organisation said the projects are intended to complement the literature distribution campaign by creating tangible benefits for communities across the country.
Campaign targets 1,009 Nigerian languages
Language accessibility is expected to be a major component of this year’s campaign, with organisers targeting 1,009 Nigerian languages.

According to ReachOut Nigeria, Rhapsody of Realities is currently available in about 650 Nigerian languages in print, while additional editions will be delivered through digital, audio and Braille formats.
The campaign is also expected to incorporate measures to make the publication accessible to blind and deaf Nigerians.
Authored by Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, Rhapsody of Realities is published in numerous languages and formats, including editions targeted at adults, teenagers and children.
31 days of activities
The October campaign will feature activities across what organisers describe as 10 Dimensions of Impact, covering crusades, church-growth programmes, community transformation, reading outreaches, street expressions, conferences and exhibitions, concerts, youth and sporting activities, professional outreach and school programmes.
Other activities planned include carnivals, floats, processions, community outreaches, school programmes, concerts and praise events.
A National Day of Prayer and 31 consecutive days of the ReachOut Nigeria Live Show are also scheduled as part of the month-long campaign.
Organisers said the outreach will extend beyond churches and conventional religious centres to offices, shops, schools, barracks, residential communities and public transportation systems, including buses, trains and airplanes.
20 years of national impact
A special ReachOut Nigeria Symposium, scheduled for October 30, will commemorate the 20th anniversary of the initiative and examine its journey, community projects, innovations and reported stories of lives impacted through the campaign.
The 20th edition represents a major expansion of an initiative that organisers say has sought to combine the distribution of Christian literature with humanitarian intervention, community engagement and national development.
With Nigeria preparing to mark its 66th year of independence, ReachOut Nigeria is positioning the 2026 edition around three headline figures: 100 million copies, 774 LGAs and 20 years of impact.
