Trauma Care International Foundation gets UN Consultative Status
A Non-Governmental Organisation under the auspices of the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International (COFI), the Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF), has been granted a consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations Organisation (UNO), New York, United States of America.
The Consultative status qualifies the Foundation to participate at the UN decision meetings on World Health.
TCIF attends first Summit at the United Nations New York, USA
As a result of this consultative status, the NGO participated in the High-Level Meeting on Universal Health Coverage which took place on the 23rd of September 2019 at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, United States.
TCIF seeks to improve trauma care and emergency response in its member nations as its contribution to achieving “Universal Health Coverage”
