Jetour Nigeria is set to unveil its highly anticipated RELY R8 premium heavy-duty pickup truck to motorists and automotive enthusiasts in Abuja as the automaker takes its flagship Jetour Experience showcase to the Federal Capital Territory from September 22 to 24, 2026.

The Abuja event follows the strong reception recorded during the Lagos edition and is expected to attract government officials, corporate executives, fleet operators, business owners, automobile enthusiasts and members of the media.

The company currently operates through seven accredited dealerships across Nigeria, including Elizade Nigeria Limited, New Era AutoVehicle Services, Kojo Motors, Germaine Auto Centre, Tab Autos, R.T. Briscoe Motors and Mandilas Motors.

Prospective customers and automotive enthusiasts are expected to have opportunities to register for test drives and obtain event updates through Jetour Nigeria’s official communication channels.

The major attraction of the showcase will be the RELY R8, a premium pickup designed to combine heavy-duty performance with the comfort, technology and refinement associated with luxury sport utility vehicles.

The vehicle is positioned as a versatile workhorse for industries such as agriculture, construction, logistics and security. It features high ground clearance, a reinforced chassis and an All-Terrain Management System with dedicated driving modes for mud, sand and asphalt.

These features are designed to enable the R8 to operate in demanding work environments while also providing capability for recreational and off-road driving.

Inside the cabin, the pickup offers a five-seat configuration with SUV-inspired ergonomics aimed at improving comfort during long journeys and extended work schedules.

The R8 also comes with a smart cockpit powered by a high-performance processor and supports Level 2+ intelligent driving assistance. Other technology features include a 12.3-inch HD touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and remote engine-start functionality.

Jetour Nigeria said it is also focusing on after-sales support as part of its strategy to build customer confidence in the Nigerian market.

Through its seven accredited dealerships, customers will have access to manufacturer warranty protection, genuine spare parts and authorised service facilities.

The automaker’s growing presence in Nigeria has also attracted industry recognition. Jetour was recently named Fastest Growing Auto Brand of the Year by the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA), while its Jetour Dashing model won Car of the Year at the NAJA International Auto Awards.

The Abuja showcase is expected to provide commercial operators, fleet owners and individual motorists with an opportunity to assess the R8’s capabilities firsthand.

With increasing demand for vehicles that combine durability, technology and comfort, Jetour Nigeria is positioning the RELY R8 as a premium option for both demanding commercial applications and lifestyle use.
