The Christ Covenant School of Ministry, an arm of the Christ Covenant Treasures Evangelical Teaching Mission, has reaffirmed its commitment to raising well-equipped and spiritually grounded Christian leaders through a wide range of theological, administrative and leadership training programmes.

According to information released by the institution, the school was established as a Christian training centre dedicated exclusively to Christian education, church administration, management skills and church growth strategies.

Its core mission is to “equip the saints for the work of the ministry and prepare them to meet the coming King,” while its vision is to impart sound biblical knowledge and unveil the mysteries of God’s Kingdom in order to raise fully prepared workmen and women for Christ.

Tracing its origin, the institution explained that the Christ Covenant School of Ministry was born out of the collective burden of seasoned Christian leaders and ministers—described as “Christ Generals”—who have distinguished themselves through decades of committed service in God’s vineyard, biblical and theological research, and diverse professional fields.

According to the Provost of the School, Adesoye Adegboye (PhD) noted, were driven by a desire to provide a unique and pure form of theological education, evangelical training and church growth strategies anchored on sound doctrine.

The school operates through five faculties, namely the Faculty of Biblical and Religious Studies, Faculty of Systematic and Practical Theology, Faculty of Management and Administration, Faculty of Matrimony and Family Values, and the Faculty of Biblical Mysteries and Revelation.

As part of its academic offerings, the school provides certificate, diploma, degree and postgraduate programmes in Christian education, administration and management.

Available programmes include a six-month Certificate in Christian Education, a Diploma in Christian Education, an Advanced Diploma in Christian Education and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education, Administration and Management, and a Master’s degree in Christian Education, Administration and Management.

The Certificate in Christian Education programme is designed to prepare deacons, deaconesses, elders and other church workers for effective service in ministry offices.

The six-month intensive programme covers foundational theology, biblical studies, evangelism, Christian ethics, stewardship, counseling and doctrines such as the Trinity and eschatology. Admission requires a Senior School Certificate, with tuition set at N50,000, while full scholarships are available.

The Diploma in Christian Education programme runs for 18 months and focuses on deeper theological studies, church history, leadership, evangelism, ethics, counseling, prayer and fasting, and the fivefold ministry. The programme targets church workers and leaders, with a tuition fee of N100,000 and full scholarship opportunities.

For advanced ministry training, the Advanced Diploma in Christian Education programme spans 12 months and is tailored for assistant pastors, evangelists and church leaders.

The curriculum includes advanced theology, church growth methodologies, leadership development, spiritual warfare, stewardship, digital media in ministry, pastoral counseling and doctrines related to sacraments and holiness. The programme attracts a fee of ₦150,000, with full scholarships also available.

At the undergraduate level, the Bachelor’s degree programme in Christian Education, Management and Administration runs for 24 months and blends online learning with intensive physical classes.

The programme offers extensive studies in Old and New Testament theology, church leadership and governance, eschatology, administration, communication, digital media use and spiritual mysteries. It is aimed at pastors, prophets, evangelists, teachers and heads of church departments, with tuition set at N250,000 and scholarship opportunities.

The Master’s degree programme, which lasts 18 months, focuses on advanced theology, spiritual and organisational leadership, management principles, delegation, church growth strategies and homiletics.

It is designed for pastors, teachers, evangelists and church overseers who seek advanced ministerial and leadership competence. Tuition for the programme is N250,000, with full scholarships available.

The institution also released details of its academic calendar, noting that the school year runs from September to July. For the 2025/2026 academic session, resumption is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025, while matriculation for newly admitted students will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025.

The management of the Christ Covenant School of Ministry stated that the programmes are structured to combine sound doctrine, practical ministry skills and leadership development, with the overarching goal of producing spiritually mature, administratively competent and mission-focused Christian leaders for the global church.
