Ekiti State Chief Judge, Justice Oyewole Adeyeye escaped death on Wednesday when a section of the new state high court complex, housing the chamber of the Chief Judge fell.
Vanguard gathered that the incident which happened at the close work on Wednesday evening, may not have been unconnected with the torrential rain fall that may have weakened the foundation of the new edifice.
However, it was gathered that no life was lost in the accident, as the Chief Judge who was badly wounded during the incident was immediately whisked away to the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, where he is currently receiving treatment.
