It is very wrong to assume something with no base or supporting information. I can say with all certainty that the president of Nigeria was not dumbed. He in-fact authorized the participation of some of the sitting ministers from Nigeria. I know this because I work with this NGO.

We Nigeria we are the problem of our self…… When president good luck was on sit many of us is saying that good lock is weak man. A woman. Is not a man. You people have good president buhari….. Before Nigeria can be a country we most ask for God direction and depends in God.. And is only president good luck can change this country Nigeria little.
