Igho Akeregha knocks Tinubu over palliative decisions (Video)

Igho Akeregha, a member of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, recently commented on President Tinubu’s plans to purchase 3,000 CMG buses, wondering aloud where exactly all of those buses would be permitted to operate.In an interview on AIT’s Kakaaki programme, Igho Akeregha voiced this concern in response to the gasoline subsidy reduction that sparked the protest by the NLC and TUC, while police urged protesters to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Igho Aleregha stated the cops are doing their duty by suggesting a peaceful demonstration or strike.

It’s like telling a hungry man to be quiet. People in Nigeria need to eat.

He emphasised that ensuring worldwide access to reliable energy sources is essential. He said that the Nigerian government should focus on providing for the people rather than always begging for more money by pointing out that the constitution already guarantees their safety and well-being.

He stated, similarly to today’s Daily Times article, that if you pass through Kogi state on the Okene route and continue on to Delta and farther south, you will find yourself in an area with no roads.

Where exactly will 3000 CMG compressed natural gas buses be operating? This is a significant matter for Tinubu. And this is the man Nigerians were told would turn their country’s fortunes around since he is a specialist who understands everything and will bring professionals with him.
