When you wake up in the morning, the belly is largely empty due to the long period of sleep and as such, drinking water without care could lead to excess intake of water which can cause tiredness, headache, and some disturbing symptoms which could make your day less productive.

2. Drinking Water in the morning can cause dehydration during the day if that is the only time you drink water in a day. If you made it a habit to only drink water in the morning, then you may end up not getting the optimal water intake for the day and it’s not good for your health.

It can cause loss of weight because when you take water it causes thermogenesis which causes the body to burn some calories and also you feel less hungry after drinking water immediately in the morning. Losing weight may be cool to some people but to some people, it is not good as they tends to lose weight more than normal or more than they would like to lose weight.
